Please include references of your character, both visual and descriptive if possible. If there is anything that you'd like me to get inspired by (eg. aesthetic pictures, moodboards, etc.), please include them as well. TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS

• Please provide visual and descriptive references so I have a clear understanding on what I will draw.
• Prices are subject to change depending on demand.
• I have the right to refuse an order that will make me uncomfortable in any way or that is beyond my ability.
• I might post the process and finished piece on social media unless the client says otherwise.
• Please confirm within 2 days about your commission after sending me a DM.

PAYMENT

• I do not accept any payment in the form of Cryptocurrencies.
• First pay, first-served basis.
• I accept Philippine peso payments through GCash and US dollar payments through Paypal.
• All payments shall be made 100% upfront before I start on your piece.
• I will issue an invoice on Paypal once you are ready to pay. To add, I will have to ask for your email.
• If you would like to give a tip, please refer to my Ko-Fi so I can keep the full amount. :)

PRICING

• Additional characters will be charged based on the style. (Please view my sheet for the prices.)
• Please expect a price increase for your chosen style depending on the complexity.

PROCESS

• Once I have started on your commission, I will notify you. At this point, a refund is impossible. (See "REFUNDS/CANCELLATION" for further elaboration.)
• Should there be any circumstances that will slow down any of my progress or might extend the stated time allotment, I will let you know as soon as possible.
• To add, please understand that I am a student that has obligations, therefore I would like to ask for a time allowance of 2 weeks to 5 months. If my schedule is light, the process might take lesser time. I appreciate your patience and understanding!
• I will consult you in case I need your reviews so I can get your commission right. The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the piece.
• Once I finish your piece, you will receive a full-resolution image in your email unless you prefer a different platform for me to send it to.

REVISIONS

• You are allowed 3 rounds of revisions during the process.
• Unless I misunderstood, there will be an additional fee if you need me to revise anything on the final piece.
• I will charge you a fee of $20 if you would like me to change anything that you have previously approved of, especially if it is a major revision.

REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY

• If I have started on your commission, you are no longer allowed to issue a refund.
• Any crude behavior during the exchange with the artist will result in losing any rights to issuing a refund.
• If I cannot or was not able to start after the stated time allotment, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I start on the piece, you will get a full refund. As said, I will constantly update you on any progress.
• I will transfer the refund money to you myself.
• If you requested a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you would lose all the beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will fully decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, I will blacklist you for commissioning me again. The same applies to GCash commissions.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, claim the produced illustration's rights, not the client. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:• Use the illustration to promote my work anywhere
• Use it for my portfolio
• Post it on social media and anywhere I want. (Unless the client asks otherwise.)The client is allowed to:• Use the commissioned illustration for personal use
• Print the artwork for personal use and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the illustration itself.
• Use the artwork to promote themself. You must credit me when you post it.The following is considered copyright infringement:• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - meaning, making money off it in any way. THE COMMISSIONED PIECE AND MY ARTWORK ARE STRICTLY NOT FOR NFTS OR ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY RELATED.
• Claiming the artwork as your own
• Removing my signature from the artwork
• Altering the artwork without my consent
• Using my artwork to "feed" AI
• I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (You can request to purchase the drawing for non-personal use at any time)

DO'S & DONT'S

• Mild gore/blood
• Humans with non-human features (horns, small scales, tail, etc.)✘ I will not do:
• Hateful art
• Furry
